API user content

Any data that is created or updated by you, is API user content, and belongs to you and may be deleted by you via the API. All newly created or updated data may be subject to human review at IndyWriters, and may be denied, this is to ensure the integrity of IndyWriters for all users.

Termination

IndyWriters will endeavour to avoid terminating API users. In cases where particular newsletter writers are abusing the system (for instance, by editing their titles, images and descriptions to be offensive) suspension of those newsletters will be preferred over termination of an API user. All information on such suspensions will be shared with the relevant API user.

Governing law

Any disputes will be settled under English and Welsh Law.
